Sunday Night

Last night I had the pleasure of attending a praise and worship service at my church. I went there excited to sing (though sorry for those standing around me) and excited to get out of my no a.c. car. I must say, it was a pretty stirring night. There is something truly remarkable about surrendering yourself and prasing Jesus in such a way. It was awesome to see two of best friends leading worship together. They both have a great gift and talent for music. Matty sounded great and was playing guitar like he had twelve fingers. And Mel continues to blow me away with her voice. Each time she sings I can see her grow in confidence. I was pretty moved by the whole night and really felt the Spirit stirring in me. Singing the last song, I Adore You, I could not have felt God's love any stronger. I'm thankful to Josh, Morgan, Matty, Mel, and Johnny for giving of their time and talent to lead the service.
